I was never a fan of introductions, but here's a try. 

       I am Victoria Rodriguez, a current high school student and future artist. I was born and raised in Mexico, then my parents brought me to the United States before I was even a year old. I currently reside in Texas, however I yearn to be somewhere more exciting like New York city, or Cancun.

       I recall having a special binder at the age of 8; inside it were different sketches of so-called fashion designs colored in Crayola pencils. There were also different kinds of paint samples which I sneaked out of Wal-Mart every now and then. I don't claim to have amazing artistic talent, but my passion overshadows this. I have my own style which I am not ashamed of manifesting to the world.

       I don't know what path I'm taking in this life. I used to believe I was destined for fashion design, yet after owning a sewing machine for over two years I still can't seem to avoid breaking a needle. Yes, I want to be part of the fashion world, but I also want to be an artist, a nutritionist, a personal trainer, a taco-stand owner, and of course a fashion model (however, I've established there's an extremely slim chance for the latter).

       I believe the quote I most relate to is "but I feel vanity is a part of art and the non-vain are really non-artistic."
